Mohammad Basereh - Native Name: محمد باسره (born August 20, 1996, in Ilam, Iran) is an Iranian auteur composer, psychologist, researcher, audio engineer, sound designer, and filmmaker. As an "auteur composer," he independently undertakes all stages of his projects, including ideation, composition, orchestration, instrumental performance, sound design, mixing, mastering, and visual design. Basereh holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in General Psychology and is an official member of the Psychology and Counseling Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran (Registration No. 56144). His psychological research articles have been published in prestigious peer-reviewed scientific journals and are indexed in the APA PsycNet database (American Psychological Association). He commenced his professional music career in 2011 and has completed numerous specialized courses under the tutelage of renowned music masters, including Maestro Fereydoun Shahbazian (Composition), Professor Mohammad Reza Azadehfar (Art Therapy and Music Therapy), and Maestro Nader Mashayekhi (Film Scoring). He is also a member of the Art Credit Fund and the Music Association of Ilam Province. His specialized approach focuses on the interdisciplinary synergy between art and psychology; the translation, localization, and compilation of the fundamentals of music therapy and the psychology of music; and the application of interactive technologies and motion-tracking hardware to control virtual instrument parameters.
